Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Richardson TX

Home sales in Richardson were up 4% in February as compared to last February, however pending sales fell 19%. The average sales price was 5% higher while the median sales price increased 7%.

New listings increased 20%. Active listings climbed 85% which looks like buyer should find a considerable increase in choices. Unfortunately that is really not the case. The months of inventory came in at only 1.8 months so buyers still have to scramble to find the best homes.
