Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Wylie TX

Well what can I say! Home Sales were up 30% in Wylie. Looks like all the buyers in other areas headed to Wylie to buy homes. Pending sales also came in with an 8% increase so Febuary is looking good for the Wylie area. Perhaps the average sales price being down 13% had something to do with the good sales numbers. The median sales price retreated 11%. The new listings fell 20% while the active listings increased 28%. The number that you need to look at is the months of inventory which is now at 2 months. Not much of a supply!
