Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – McKinney TX

What can you say. Sales were not good, down 24% in January as compared to last January. Pending sales fell 13%. The average sales price was up 8% while the median sales price rose 7%. New listings  increased 17%. Active listings came in at 31% higher than last year at this time. The months of inventory stands at 2.8 months. that’s not a lot of houses to choose from.
