Dallas Area Residential Sales Report  – Prosper TX Recap 2018

Home sales were flat  at 975 units in Prosper when compared to 2017. The average sales price gained 2% to $501,018 while the median sales price increased 3% to $465,410. Pending sales came in at 1,047 units a 5% increase. New listings rose 4% to 1,534 homes on the market.
