Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – Frisco TX

December was not kind to home sales in Frisco. Sales fell 29%. Pending sales were not much better off 24%. Not shaping up for a positive January. The average sales price declined 11% while the median sales price receded 5%. New listings dropped 4%. The number of active listings rose 15% and took the months of inventory to 2.8 months.
