Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December – Plano TX

Sales fell sharply in Plano in December off by 7%. Pending sales were even worse down 14%. not looking god for January. The average sales price rose 3%, The median sales price was up 1%. New listings declined 7% while the active listings rose 33% as compared to last December.. The months of inventory is now at 2 months. This is very low and buyers really do not have much to chose from.
