Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – McKinney TX 2018 Recap

Sales were better in McKinney in 2018 that some of it’s neighbors with a 6% increase in units sold compared to 2017. Pending sales were up 5% to 3,173 homes. The average sales price had a slight 2% rise while the median sales price was up 3% for the year. 4,114 homes were put on the market a 5% increase.
