Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – Plano TX 2018 Recap
During 2018 there were 3,326 home sales in Plano. Down 7% from 2017. Pending sales dropped 8% to 3,493 units. The average sales price rose 6% to $420,835. Median sales price for the year was up 2% to $355,500. New listings were flat coming in at 4,695 units.
