Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – Plano TX

Sales in Plano followed the trend and were down 13% in October compared to the same time last year. Pending sales fell 10%. November is not shaping up to be a positive sales month. The average sales price increased 16% while the median sales price climbed 9%. Looks like we have an abnormal distribution slanted to the higher price homes that caused those large increases. The number of new listings fell 4% while the active listings climbed 17%. The months of inventory now stands at 2.7 months.

New Listings: 323

Active Listings: 752

Months of Inventory: 2.7
