Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October – McKinney TX

McKinney bucked the trend of the other North Dallas Suburbs in October with sales up 13%. The pending sales number was even better up 27%. Looks like November will continue the positive trend. The average sales price was flat while the median sales price dropped 1%. New listings also came in unchanged. The number of active listings rose 13% taking the months of inventory to 3.4 months.
