Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – Frisco TX

September was not a good months for homes sales in Frisco. Sales fell 20% as compared to last September. Pending sales were even worse down 24%. The average sales price rose 6% while the median sales price  increases 9%. Sales were concentrates in the upper price ranges. New listings actually fell 18%. The active listings climbed 10%. The months of inventory now stands at 3.7 months. We are getting close to a balanced market.
