Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September – McKinney TX

Sales in McKinney were not as off as some other areas only down 10%. Pending sales were up 6%.

The average sales price declined 1% while the median sales price rose 2%. Looks like prices were just about flat.

New Listings rose 12%. Active listings climbed 17% as compared to last September. The months of inventory crept up to 3.7 months. We are starting to approach a balanced market.
