Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Plano TX

Well Plano wasn’t as bad as some other areas. Sales were only flat. However, pending sales took a 9% drop! Not a good sign for July. The average sales price did managed to climb 11% while the median sales price rose 6%. New listings fell 1% but the number of active listings rose 24%. The months of inventory increased to 3 months. This is the highest it’s been in a very long time but is still only half way to the 6 months considered a balanced market.
