Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Lake Highlands/NE Dallas

This area of Dallas is following the trend. Sales were down 9%. The average sales price fell 2% while the median sales price dropped 1%. Pending sales fared worse declining 11%. Not looking good for July sales. The number of new listings rose 7% and the active listings were up 6%. This increases took the months of inventory to 2.6 months. This is still well short of the 6 months considered a balanced market.
