Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for June – Richardson TX

Richardson continues to be an area of high demand from buyers. SAles were up 8% in june as compared to last June. The average sales price increased 17% while the median sales price rose 19%.

Pending sales did decline 4%. We will have to wait and see what this means. The number of new listings increased 13%. Active listings jumped 45%. However, the months of inventory only increased to 1.9 months. this is well short of the 6 months considered a balanced market.
