Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for May -Lake Highlands/NE Dallas

Sales were strong in the Lake Highlands area in May. Up 15%. The average sales price rose 7% while the median sales price increased 9%. Pending sales were a little troubling down 21%. with a number like that, June sales are not looking to good. New Listings declined 19% and this may have something to do with the pending sales numbers. Not much new for the buyers to look at. The active listings increased 1% but the months of inventory fell to 2.1 months.
