Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Garland TX

Sales were good in Garland. Up 12% as compared to last April. however, pending sales fell 15%. Not a good sign for May sales number. The average sales price rose 4% but the median sales price was flat. New listings dropped 5%. Active listings increased 3%. but the months of inventory fell to 0.9 months. Garland has the smallest supply of homes for sale of any city in the Metroplex.

Average Sales Price: $211,440

Median Sales Price: $193,500

Pending Sales: 182

New Listings: 210

Active Listings: 170

Months of Inventory: 0.9
