Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for April – Frisco TX

Sales in the Frisco market in April were up 9%. The average sales price declined 1% while the median sales price was up 3%. While the price increases in this market have been slowing down, these numbers just look like some gyration in the mix of sales for the month. Pending sales were flat. New listings rose 20%. Active listings were also up 20%. With this increase the months of inventory moved up to 3.1 months. with 6 months considered a balanced market, you can easily see that we are still tilted to the seller side.

Median Sales Price: $391,250

Pending Sales: 404

New Listings: 597

Active Listings: 1,035

Months of Inventory: 3.1
