Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March – Far North Dallas

Sales remain goof in Far North Dallas. Up 9% compared to last March. There was a decline in the average sales price of 7% but the median sales price was up 5% so this just looks like some normal gyrations in the markup of the sales. Pending sales were also up 9% so April is looking OK. The number of new listings rose 3%. Active listings took an 18% jump. The months of inventory now stands at 2.4 months. It’s still hard for buyers with this shortage of supply.

Median Sales Price: $439,500

Pending Sales: 111

New Listings: 162

Active Listings: 217

Months of Inventory: 2.4
