Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for February – Allen TX
Sales in Allen for February were off by 8%. The average sales price rose 11% while the median sales price climbed 19%. Pending sales were were off slightly. Down 2%. The number of new listings declined 4%. the active listings dropped 2% and took the months of inventory down to 1.2 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market. We have very tilted to the sellers side in Allen.
