Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for January – Allen TX
Sales in Allen for January were up 1%. The average sales price was also up 1% while the median sales price fell 5%. Pending sales declined 6%. The number of new listings were flat and the active listings were up 3%. Looking at all the numbers, the market was just not going anywhere. The months of inventory remains extremely low at 1.1 months. Buyers are having a difficult time finding a house to purchase.
