Dallas Area Residential Sales Report – Allen TX

Sales were up 8% in Allen compared to last November. The average sales price was flat while the median sales price rose 6%. Pending sales fell 13%. That’s a little worrying for December sales. The number of new listings declined 20%. The active listings increased 8%. It’s still not very good if you are a buyer with the months of inventory now standing at 1.6 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market.

Median Sales Price: $327,600

Pending  Sales: 111

New Listings: 82

Active Listings: 191

Months of Inventory: 1.6
