Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for November – Plano TX

Home sales just keep going in Plano. In November sales were up 10% over last November. The average sales price increased 20% while the median sales price rose 6%. The pending sales number fell 11%. Normally this would indicate that sales would be off in December, but in this market we’ll have to wait and see. The number of new listings dropped 10% while the active listings rose 12%. The months of inventory is now at 1.7 months. We are still very much in a seller’s market.
