Wylie TX Residential Sales Report for October

Mixed bag with sales.

Sales took a 13% drop in October as compared to Last October. Pending sales however were up 6%. The average sales price rose 4% while the median sales price increased 2%. New listings were up 6% while the active listing gained 43%. This just shows how few listings were on the market last year. The months of inventory is now at 2 months. With 6 months considered a balanced market you can easly see how far we a tilted to the Seller’s side. No help for buyer’s in site.
