Garland TX Residential Sales Report for October

Garland sales were strong!

October was a good months for home sales in Garland. Sales were up 28%. The average sales price increased 13% as did the median sales price: Pending sales came in with a nice rise of 9%. New listings increased 11% while the active listings jumped 41% as compared to last October.  The months of inventory now stands at 1.3 months, Not a good number if you are a buyer.. We can safely say that Garland is firmly in a Seller’s Market!
