Plano TX Residential Sales Report for October

Sales were up!

October sales in Plano came in up 18%. The average sales price increased 7% while the median sales price rose 5%. Pending sales were flat so November could be kind of iffy. The number of new listings increased by 16% and the new listings jumped 25%. Months of inventory increased to 2.1 months. This is not a great number if you are a buyer. It’s still very hard to find a home in Plano.
