Garland TX Residential Sales Report for September

Following the trend in other suburban areas, garland sales were down 8%. The average sales price jumped 11% as did the median sales price. Pending sales were up 7%. We’ll have to wait and see about October sales. The number of new listings rose 21%. The active listings were up a whopping 46% as compared to this time last year. With these nice increases in supply the months of inventory only climbed to 1.6 months. It’s very difficult for a buyer in Garland!
