Lake Highlands/NE Dallas Residential Sales Report for September

Sales were up sharply

September saw a jump of 53% in the sales of homes in the Lake Highlands/NE Dallas area. The average sales price increased 5% while the median sales price climbed 2%. Pending sales came in with a rise of 11%. There was a 10% increase in the number of new listings and the active listings rose 4%. The months of inventory now stands at 2.4 months. With 6 months being a balanced market we are well over to the seller;s side of the equation.
