Plano TX Residential Sales Report for August

Plano had a drop of 10% in sales in August as compared to last August. Pending sales were also down but only by 5%. Nor sure what this means for September sales. The average sales price increases 3% while the median sales price rose 7%. New listings came in at down 1% and the number of active listings jumped 21%. The months of inventory increased to 2.3 months. We are still very much in a sellers market.
