Wylie Texas Residential Sales Report for July

Sales were great in July

July saw sales in the Wylie area up 27% when compared to last July. The average sales price increased 4% and the median sales price rose 5%. Pending sales were also strong rising 24%. We can anticipate that the August sales number will be up. The number of new listings was flat but the active listings jumped 50%. Even with this large increase in active listings, the months of inventory only climbed to 2 months. It’s still very much a Sellers Market in Wylie.
