Plano TX Residential Sales Report for July

Plano remains in high demand.

Plano sales in July were up 7%. The average sales price rose 12% while the median sales price increased 11% as compared to the same time last year. Pending sales declined 5%. Would not read anything into that number. The new listings fell 2% but the active listings rose 22%. The months of inventory now stands at 2.5 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market so we are still very tilted to the sellers side.
