Far North Dallas Residential Sales Report for June

Onward and Upward!

Sales were up a healthy 13% in Jun in this area. The average sales price rose 9% and the median sales price increased 8% as compared to last June. The pending sales number showed a decline of 5%. nothing to worry about. Just some monthly gyration. The new listings were up 12% and the active listings by 13%. while this certainly is a help to buyers, the months of inventory remains very low at 2.6 months. not a buyers market.
