Wylie TX Residential Sales Report for April

Sales in Wylie really took a huge jump in April as compared to the same time last year. Up 63%!

The average sales price rose 6% and the median sales price climbed 4%. Pending sales were also up a whopping 51%. The number of new listings increased 53% and the active listings were up 18%. While this increase is great news for buyers, it only took the months of inventory up yo 1.4 months. Still way short of the 6 months considered a balanced market. It’s no doubt a sellers market.
