Allen TX Residential Sales Report for April

Sales continue to increase in Allen! Sales were up 7% as compared to last April. The average sales price was flat but the median sales price rose 10%. Sales in the upper price ranges continue to dominate the market. The pending sales number fell 4%. Just some monthly gyration in the market. The new listings dropped 24% but he active listings remained  unchanged. The months of inventory increased to 1.6 months. Not a great number if you happen to be a buyer.
