North Dallas Single-Family Sales Report for April

Sales in north Dallas were up by 5% in April as compared to the same period last year. The average sales price rose 11% while the median sales price climbed 12%. Pending sales increased a sharp 24% so we can anticipate that next months sales will be up. The number of new listings increased 4% and the active listings were up by 9%. This increased the months of inventory to 6.4 months. North Dallas and the Park cities areas are the only areas that have a balanced supply.
