Plano TX Residential Sales Report for March

Well there certainly was not any slowdown of sales in Plano in March. Sales were up by 35%. The average sales price climbed 22% while the median sales price rose 16%, Pending sales increased 19% so we can anticipate next months sales number will be positive.  New listings were up by 19% and active listings by 11%. while the increase in inventory was good for buyers, It only raised the months of inventory to 1.9 months. With 6 months being a balanced market, Plano is still way into a sellers market.
