Lake Highlands/NE Dallas Residential Sales Report for March

Sales in this area fell 14% in March. The average sales price rose 12% and the median sales price climbed 11%. Pending sales showed a positive gain of 1%. The number of new listings took a nice jump up of 25% and the number of active listings increased by 18%. These increases caused the months of inventory to rise to 1.9 months. This is still well short of the 6 months that is considered a balanced market.
