February Residential Sales Report for Wylie TX

Sales of single-family homes were up 11% in Wylie during the month of February. The average sales price climbed 11% while the median sales price to a 14% jump. Pending sales were up a sharp 22% so it looks link next months sales figures will be positive. The number of new listings rose 15% and the active listings were up by 12%. Most of this increase appears to be new construction. About 58% of the listings in MLS are builders new homes. The months of inventory now stands at 1.6 months.
