No let up in sales in Plano

Sales increased 21% in Plano compared to the same time last year. The average sales price rose 14% while the median sales price climbed 15%. Pending sales were up 17% so we can anticipated next months sales numbers should be positive. The number of new listings rose 4% and the active listings increased 2%. This brought the months of inventory to 1.2 months.
