Plano TX Residential Sales Report for December

Single-Family:

Sales increased 2% in December. The average sales price rose 16% over the same time last year. The median sales price climber 13%. Pending sales declined 17% . Not sure what that’s about. The number of new listings declined 22% but the active listings jumped up 36%. That’s caused by a number of previous sales falling through for serious reasons. The months of inventory is 1.4 months. With 6 months considered a balances market we are heavily tilted to the Sellers Side.
