Wylie,TX Residential Sales Report for October

Single Family:

Sales were up a small 1% as compared to last October. The average sales price jumped up 15% while the median sales price increased a gargantuan 27%. These averages are being pulled up by the new construction that accounts for about 25% of the total sales. The spread between the average sales price of an existing homes and the average of a new construction home in Wylie is about $104,000. Pending sales rose 3%. The new listings climbed 28% but the active listings fell 6%. The months of inventory is now at 1.6 months. Not a great supply!
