Sales climbed 11% in September compared to last year. The average sales price was up 10% while the median sales price rose 13%. If you are looking for a home under $200,000 you have 7 to chose from today. Pending Sales fell 1%. that’s to small a number to tell us anything about next month. The number of new listings increased 5% and the active listings jumped up 30%. while this is a nice increase to see if you are a buyer, it only moved the months of inventory to 2.2 months. It’s still a Sellers Market.
