Plano bucked the overall trend.
Single-Family:
With sales up in most area cities, we find that sales fell 5% in September in Plano. The average sales price continued to rise. Up 11% as compared to the same time last year. The median sales price increased 3%.
Pending sales also fell and were down 9%. The number of new listings had a nice increase of 12% while the active listings were up 14%. The months of inventory rose to 1.9 months. While an increase is helpfull to buyers, we are still well short of the 6 months that is considered a balanced supply, It’s a seller’s market!
