Single-Family:
Sales fell 13% in August compared to a year ago. The average sales price increased 10% while the median sales price jumped 13%. As in other areas, the sales remain concentrated in the upper price ranges. Pending sales declined a smaller 2%. The number of new listings dropped 7% while the active listings plunged a minus 25%.
