Single-Family:

Sales were up by 8% in Allen during June. The average sales price increased 6% and the median sales price rose 5%. There was a large jump of 38% in the pending sales number. July is going to be another good month. New listings rose a strong 29% pushing the active listings up 16%. These increases oushed up the months of inventory to a whopping 1.8 months.
