Garland TX Residential Sales Report for May

Garland has the lowest inventory of any city in North Texas.

Single-Family:

Sales were up 8% as compared to a year ago. The average sales price rose 15% while the median sales price jumped 13%. Pending sales climbed 11%. The number of new listings increased by 5% but the active listings fell 37%. The months of inventory is at the unheard of number of 0.6 months. To say houses go quickly in Garland is an understatement.

Active Listings: 103

Months of Inventory: 0.6
