Sale prices continue to rise

Single-Family:

Sales were up by 3% in May. The average sales price jumped by 12% and the median sales price increased by 19%. As has been the case for many months now, the sales continue to be concentrated in the upper price rages. Pending Sales rose 10%. The number of new listings fell by 2% but the active listings increased by 10%. The months of inventory is now at 1.8 months. Still a very short supply!
