Far North Dallas Residential Sales Report for May

Sales remain strong

Single-Family:

Sales were up 16% as compared to last May. The average sales price increased by 1% while the median sales price rose 5%. The averages continue to be concentrated in the upper price ranges. Pending Sales jumped by 22%. Looks like next months sales will be up. The number of new listings fell 23% and the active listings declined by 6%. This left the months of inventory standing at 1.9 months.

Sales: 142

Average Sales Price: $478,477

Median Sales Price: $396,750

Pending Sales: 122

New Listings: 122

Active Listings: 176

Months of Inventory: 1.9
