Plano Residential Sales Report for April

Plano is a Seller’s Market

Single-Family:

Sales were flat in Plano for April. The average sales price rose 11% while the median sales price climber 10% as compared to a year ago. Pending sales increased by 8%. The number of new listings fell 17% but the active listings rose by 22%. The months of inventory now stands at 1.4 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market so you can easily see how much we are titled in favor of the Seller.

Median Sales Price: $331,000

Pending Sales: 340

New Listings: 378

Active Listings: 423

Months of Inventory: 1.4
