Carrollton/Farmers Branch Residential Sales Report for March

It’s a Seller’s Market!

Single-Family:

Sales jumped  up 22% in March as compared to a year ago. The average sales price rose 18% while the median sales price climber by 12%. Sales continue to be concentrated in the upper price ranges. Homes for sale under $200,000 are rare. Pending sales increased by 18%. The number of new listing show a slight increase of 2% while the active listings were up by 9%. The months of inventory now stands at 0.9 months. Carrollton/Farmers Branch as one of the lowest supplies of homes for sales in the area.

Average Sales Price: $313,188

Median sales Price: $262,750

Pending Sales: 174

New Listings: 195

Active Listings: 146

Months of Inventory: 0.9
